The CIM 747 balancing valve is a high-accuracy flow balancing and measurement valve designed to EN ISO 9001 standards. It is available in sizes from 1/2" to 2" and is made of corrosion-resistant brass. It can be used for both heating and cooling applications and has a working pressure of up to 232 PSI. It features a compact design with a fixed orifice and test points for accurate measurement, a metal-to-metal thread locking mechanism for precise valve setting, a flip-up cap with an Allen key for locking, a heat- and impact-resistant handle with a 360º re-settable index collar and indicator scale, and an EPDM-lined valve plug for increased control and tight shut-off. It has been tested by BSRIA with water containing high levels of air and dirt and demonstrated excellent tolerance to such conditions. It has NPT threading and complies with ANSI B1.20.1 standards.
All Cimberio valves qualify for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act and the Buy American Act.
