West Sales 30-Day Return Policy

At West Sales, we value your satisfaction and want to ensure that your shopping experience with us is as smooth as possible. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items. Please read the following guidelines to initiate a return:



Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.
The item(s) must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.


Return Shipping:

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
You can choose your preferred shipping carrier to return the item(s). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.


Return Process:

Contact our Customer Service team with the form below to initiate your return request. 
Provide your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
Our Customer Service team will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.
Securely package the item(s) in a shipping box, and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process:

Once we receive your returned item(s and verify their unused condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing time.


Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for returns.
Items damaged or showing signs of use will not be accepted for return.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue and provide further instructions for returning the item, which may include a prepaid return label.
